It is a project to revitalize small-scale home improvement by residents by establishing a financing support plan for new construction/improvement costs in urban regeneration business areas and general low-rise residential areas.
Support target
- Eligibility for loan support: land owners who want to improve and build new homes
- Children and tenants cannot apply
- Cannot apply for transfer of ownership transfer after purchase contract (Only for owners registered)
- Inquiry of the guarantee limit before applying for a loan: Ask the Woori Bank of each autonomous district for the guarantee limit
- Target housing: Single, multi-family, multi-family, conjoined housing only
- Deteriorated and defective housing 20 years after the date of approval for use. However, in the low-rise residential area other than the housing performance improvement support area, old and defective houses that have passed 10 years have passed.
